This conference is organized by University of Economics and Law (UEL), Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM). The organizers are encouraged to hold this conference in order to create channels of communication and cooperation. This conference is intended to provide an important forum for mathematicians and scientists worldwide, working in mathematics and related fields. In a relaxing environment, participants from all over the world will report on research findings, exchange ideas, and discuss the trends and prospects of future research.
